Each product distributed by TQB Brands Pty Ltd is designed and manufactured for a specific purpose. TQB Brands Pty Ltd warranties do not cover products that have been used for purposes other than for its intended use, or that is misused, abused or subject to normal wear and tear, or products which have not been correctly maintained. Parts replaced or repaired under warranty are warranted only for the remainder of the balance of the warranty period.

Subject to exclusions set out in these terms, all products distributed by TQB Brands Pty Ltd are guaranteed for 12 months against faulty workmanship and materials (Red Label products may be subject to 1year Limited Warranty - see below).

To qualify for TQB Brands Pty Ltd products 12 month warranty coverage;
  1. The product must be purchased in Australia, from TQB Brands Pty Ltd or an authorised distributor of TQB Brands Pty Ltd.
  2. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser. Warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners.
  3. Proof of purchase must be presented, including the serial number of the product where applicable.
The TQB Brands Pty Ltd warranty does not apply to the following items:
  1. Consumable products including but not limited to drill bits, grinding wheels, tyres, vacuum bags, nozzles, globes, LED’s, batteries, fittings, springs, chucks, arbors or any such attachments.
  2. Serviceable parts including but not limited to bearings, seals, filters, globes, belts, batteries, fluids, fittings, springs or any other such parts.
  3. Normal wear parts such as; hydraulic seals, wheels, tyres & tubes, handles, fuel cut off valves, wheel bearings, recoil starter ropes, lubricants, gaskets, etc.
  4. Castor/creeper wheels.
  5. Defects or other faults arising from normal wear and tear, including on parts or components of goods
The TQB Brands Pty Ltd warranty does not apply to any damage caused from the following:
  1. Misuse, abuse, alterations, accident or lack of care
  2. Used for a purpose for which it was not designed for
  3. Disregarding the service and maintenance guidelines
  4. Neglecting the instructions given by the owner’s manual booklet
  5. Replacement/ use of non-genuine TQB Brands Pty Ltd spare parts and accessories other than those approved by TQB Brands Pty Ltd.
  6. Improper installation, storage and water damage.
  7. If the product has been operated on power supply voltage other than that specified on the product.
  8. If the product has been disassembled or tampered with in any way.
  9. Where the service of this product has been undertaken by a person not authorised by TQB Brands to carry out such work or where parts have not been approved by the Company have been used.

The purchaser is responsible for the delivery of the defective part/ product with proof of purchase to TQB Brands or an Authorised Service agent for inspection during normal business hours and also responsible for all charges in connection with re-delivery of the part/product. Damage in transit is not covered by this warranty and purchasers should securely pack and remove any liquids before sending.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Red Label 12 Month Limited Warranty

In this warranty:

We means TQB Brands Pty Ltd;

You means the consumer of the Goods within the meaning of the Australian Consumer Law

Place of Purchase means the authorised retailer, distributor or wholesaler that sold you the Goods in Australia

Goods means the product/s accompanied by this warranty and purchased in Australia

Domestic Use means personal and/or household family use only (12 months)

Commercial Use means any usage outside a residential household (3 months)

Red Label Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  1. In addition to any rights and remedies you may have under other laws relating to the Goods, we provide you with the following warranty:
  2. If, during the first 12 months of Domestic Use from the date of purchase, or during the first 3 months if the Goods have been used for Commercial Use, there is a defect in the Goods due to improper workmanship or material, we will repair, provide replacement parts or replace the Goods without charge. Any replacement parts or products is warranted only for the time remaining on the original Warranty Period.
  3. We are not obliged to replace the Goods under clause 1 if the Goods have been improperly used, operated, repaired, damaged, abused, installed, tampered with by unauthorised persons or not maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. If the Goods consist of a number of accessories, we may choose to only replace the defective accessory.
  4. The warranty provided under clause 1 is limited to repair or replacement of the Goods only. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:- consequential loss or any other loss or damage caused to property or persons arising from any cause whatsoever;
    - damage to consumable items;
    - damage arising from normal wear and tear.
  5. In order to claim under this warranty you must, within the Warranty Period, return the Goods to the Place of Purchase, together with the original proof of purchase.
