The TQ Pro Air/Hydraulic Powertrain & Battery Lifter is a heavy-duty solution specifically engineered for the safe removal and installation of large electric vehicle batteries and complex powertrain assemblies. Built for professional workshop environments, this lifter features a robust air-actuated hydraulic system, driven by a single lifting ram, that provides a smooth, controlled lift while maintaining a substantial safe working capacity for heavy components — one point of drive through the full range of travel, and one set of lifting seals in the hydraulic circuit to inspect and service.

The versatile lifting platform is extendable in length and offers a fore/aft tilt adjustment, ensuring precise alignment with vehicle mounting points during critical manoeuvres. The lift is controlled from a handheld pendant on a 2.4m cable, so the platform can be raised and lowered from clear of the load.

Designed for effortless manoeuvrability, it is equipped with high-grade swivel castors and a long-reach T-bar handle that locks in three positions, all carried on a base frame that matches the footprint of the lift table when unextended, providing sturdy support and lowering the risk of tipping.
